Step 1: Sign Up and Create an Account
Becoming a RentNow host is easy and free. Simply sign up with your email address and fill in your basic details. Once registered, you’ll have access to your very own Host Dashboard where you can manage everything related to your listings.
Step 2: List Your Property or Vehicle
Whether you’re renting out a cozy apartment, a vacation home, a car, a bike or even a scooter, just fill in the details about your listing, upload photos, set the availability, and define your pricing.
Step 3: Receive and Manage Bookings
Once your listing is live, guests can start making reservations. You’ll receive booking requests directly on your dashboard, and you can approve or decline them based on your preferences. You’ll also be able to communicate with guests through the platform’s secure messaging system.
Step 4: Earn Money
As soon as the booking is completed, you’ll receive payments directly to your account. RentNow takes care of the transaction process, so you don’t have to worry about handling payments yourself. You’ll be able to track your earnings and see a breakdown of all your transactions through your dashboard.

How do I price my listing?
You can set the price of your listing based on your preferences. RentNow allows you to define nightly rates for properties, daily rates for vehicles, hourly rates for bikes and scooters, and even offer discounts for longer bookings. We recommend researching similar listings in your area to stay competitive. You can also set seasonal rates to adjust prices during peak times, offer long-term discounts for weekly or monthly rentals, and customize pricing for weekends or holidays to maximize your earnings.
What if a guest damages my property or vehicle?
RentNow offers a built-in security deposit option, allowing you to request a deposit from guests that is refundable after the rental period if no damages are reported. In the event of damage, you can claim the deposit or work with RentNow support to resolve the issue. Security deposits are customizable, and in case of damages, you will need to provide photos and documentation to our support team to assist in resolving the claim. Guests will be charged based on the established policy and terms.
How do I manage my listing?
Managing your listing is simple with the Host Dashboard. From here, you can update details, adjust availability, communicate with guests, and track your earnings. You can easily edit your listing to change pricing, availability, or update photos at any time. The dashboard also includes a messaging system that allows you to communicate directly with guests before and during their rental, ensuring smooth coordination. You will receive real-time booking notifications, which allow you to easily accept or decline requests.
How do I handle cancellations?
As a host, you have the flexibility to define your own cancellation policies, which will be clearly displayed to guests when they make a booking. If a guest cancels within the allowed timeframe, the refund process will automatically follow your cancellation policy. You can select between flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation terms, and RentNow will handle the refund accordingly. If a guest cancels at the last minute, depending on your policy, you may still receive part or all of the booking fee.
Can I rent out multiple properties or vehicles?
Yes, RentNow allows you to manage multiple listings from a single account. Whether you have several homes, cars, or bikes to rent, you can handle everything seamlessly through the platform. Each listing can have its own availability, pricing, and policies, giving you full control over your assets. The Host Dashboard also helps you track bookings and earnings for each individual listing, making it easy to manage a larger portfolio.
How do I receive payments?
RentNow processes payments securely and automatically after a guest completes their booking. Payments are typically processed and transferred to your preferred payment method within 24 to 48 hours of the booking completion. You can easily track all transactions and monitor your earnings from the Host Dashboard, where detailed reports of all incoming payments are available.
